先进理工系科学研究科新入生オリエンテーションを4月6日（月）にサタケメモリアルホールで実施します、とご案内しておりましたが、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大等の状况を考虑し、中止することしました。
学生証や资料等の配付は、プログラム别ガイダンスで実施しますので、以下の新入生オリエンテーション日程から実施日时、场所を改めて确认し、必ず出席してください。なお、出席に当たっては、以下の点にご留意ください。
?マスクの着用（お持ちでない方は、当日プログラム支援室までご相谈ください）
?消毒液での手洗い（各部屋に设置予定）
?风邪などの症状がみられる场合は、参加できませんので、プログラム支援室までご连络ください。
なお、4月3日（金）に予定していた入学式については、中止になりました。
We informed that the new student orientation of the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering will be held at Satake Memorial Hall on Monday, April 6, but will be canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus.
We will hand out student ID card, etc. at the program guidance, so please check the schedule and attend to the guidance. Also please check the following points when attending.

? Hand wash with antiseptic solution (to be installed)
? If you have symptoms such as a cold, you will not be able to participate. Please contact the Program Support Office.
HU has decided to cancel the Entrance Ceremony, which was originally scheduled for April 3, 2020.
