On August 6th 2018, H.E. Mr. Gayrat FAZILOV, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited Â鶹AV Kasumi Campus and met with President Mitsuo Ochi. The meeting was attended also by Executive and Vice President Toshiyuki Sato (International/Peace/Fund).

During the meeting, H.E. Mr. Gayrat FAZILOV expressed his gratitude towards HU¡¯s acceptance of international students from Uzbekistan. Moreover, opinions were exchanged about the possibilities of future collaboration between HU and universities in Uzbekistan.

Prior to the meeting, a convivial gathering was held where H.E. Mr. Gayrat FAZILOV met with HU students from Uzbekistan and listened to them talk about their student lives in HU.
