Although there are signs that the COVID-19 pandemic is gradually coming to an end, many students are still suffering from reduced income from part-time jobs and remittances.
To encourage students to have a well-balanced and nutritious breakfast, HU is implementing the 50-yen Breakfast Project as a student support project. Details are as follows:
Service period
1st term: May 1 to June 1, 2022
2nd term: July 1 to July 22, 2022

Service hours
8:00-10:30 a.m.
Number of meals served per day
500 meals
Number of meals served at each cafeteria
- North 1 Cafeteria: 250 meals
- West 2 Cafeteria: 150 meals
- Kasumi Viola Dining: 100 meals
How to order
Just order the designated breakfast menu item and present your student ID Card when paying at the cashier. Payment through Maple meal card is accepted.
Please be aware of the following points
- Please make sure to bring your student ID card. If you do not have your student ID card, you will be charged a flat rate (350 Yen).
- A limited number of servings are available per day. Please note that the 50 Yen breakfast servings are available while supplies last.
- The cafeteria may close temporarily due to weather conditions, the situation of the novel coronavirus infections, and other circumstances. Before visiting the cafeteria, please check the Âé¶¹AV Co-op website to confirm the business status for the day. To check the business status, please visit the following website.

This project will be implemented with the valuable support of the Âé¶¹AV Fund and the Âé¶¹AV Co-op.
We plan to continue similar initiatives in Term 3 and beyond. We will announce further details as soon as they are finalized.
