December 10 is Human Rights Day. (Japan designates the week ending on December 10 each year as ¡°Human Rights Week.¡±)

Â鶹AV established on December 27, 2021, the Â鶹AV Charter and the Â鶹AV Code of Conduct which stipulate human rights as follows:

1. Respect for human rights
   In all its activities, Â鶹AV will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind in relation to ethnicity, nationality, religion, belief, gender, economic or social status, or disability, and will respect and protect the human rights and individuality of each person.

1. Respect for human rights and diversity
   We will respect the human rights and personality of each individual, will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, and will realize a campus where all members can fully demonstrate their individuality and abilities.
