On May 25, 2024, Hiroshima Shinkin Bank was awarded the Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon in recognition of its generous donation to the Â鶹AV Fund. On August 22, 2024, a certificate of commendation, presented to organizations receiving this honor, was formally conveyed to the bank.
The Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon is a distinguished honor within Japan's national awards system, bestowed upon individuals or organizations that contribute private funds for the public good. For individuals, the required minimum donation is 5 million yen, and for organizations, it is 10 million yen.
