グローバルキャリアデザインセンターでは、若手研究者が実际の公司や社会の课题解决に贡献しつつ、実践的な能力の养成とキャリアオプションの拡大を図ることを目的として、长期インターンシップ派遣制度を设けています。
本インターンシップでは、若手研究者のこれまでの経験、研究活动、キャリアプランなどを踏まえて、特に不足していると思われる経験や能力の获得を促すことで、アカデミア以外の多様な场で活跃できる人材の养成を目指します。
この度、长期インターンシップ派遣希望者へのオリエンテーションをオンラインで开催いたします。ご兴味のある方の参加をお待ちしております！

対象
広岛大学に在籍中の博士课程(博士课程前期を除く。)の学生あるいは博士课程(博士课程前期を除く。)修了后5年程度以内の任期付研究者。
※博士课程后期学生は、広岛大学大学院共通科目「长期インターンシップ」の履修登録が必要です。
通常の履修登録方法と异なるため、オリエンテーション内で説明します。

The Global Career Design Center offers a long term internship program to young researchers so that they can contribute themselves to resolve real problems in companies or society, improve their practical skills and competencies, and expand their career options in the future.
This Program aims to identify any gaps in experiences or competencies of young researchers based on their background, research activities, career plans and so forth, and promote them to acquire opportunities to fill those gaps, which eventually nurtures human resources who can maximize their competencies in a wide range of opportunities outside the academia.
We will hold the Online Explanatory Meeting on the Long-Term Internship Program within Zoom. We look forward to welcoming the students who are interested in the Program.

15:30 - 16:30 Reporting Presentation on the Long-Internship Experience.
※This meeting will be held online.
We will send you the necessary information to join after we accept your application.
Applicant Eligibility:
Doctoral students (excluding the master program) enrolled at 麻豆AV or researchers on fixed-term contracts with 麻豆AV who have completed doctoral programs within the last five years or so.
※Applicants who are the doctoral students at 麻豆AV must take the subject class "Long-term internship" at 麻豆AV.
The procedure to take this subject class is different from the one to take other courses. We will explain the process in detail at the explanatory meeting.
