Graduate School of Engineering held the International Exchange Party on July 13, 2017 with approximately 200 participants. We hold this party annually and this year the participants such as the members of Higashi-Hiroshima International Friendship Club, international students, faculty and staff members and Japanese students had a very pleasurable time together. The party started with an opening address by Dean of Graduate School of Engineering and a toast by Vice-Executive of International Planning. The participants enjoyed various programs such as a speech by a Palestinian student, guitar performance by a Chinese student, and Bingo game. The prizes of bingo game were donated by Higashi-Hiroshima International Friendship Club, School of Engineering Koenkai, and faculty and staff members of Graduate School of Engineering. It was a great opportunity for cultural exchanges and promoting mutual understanding among participants.
Now, School of Engineering and Graduate School of Engineering have 273 international students from 24 countries. We are trying to enhance support for them.
