1.Admission to our Graduate School

Application Guidelines (April 2023 Admission) for our Graduate School (Special Selection for International Students [For Students Living Outside Japan]) has been released.

We are looking for well-motivated and talented international students to further internationalize and strengthen our research capabilities. If you happen to know someone at your university or workplace who is highly motivated and is interested in studying abroad, we are more than happy if you could recommend Â鶹AV to him/her.

2.HU celebrates 2022 Autumn Term Commencement Ceremony

Â鶹AV (HU) held its 2022 Autumn Term Commencement Ceremony at the Satake Memorial Hall, Higashi-Hiroshima campus, on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

3.Japanese singer MISIA presented with Pestalozzi Education Award

 The School of Education at Â鶹AV (HU) awarded the 30th Pestalozzi Education Prize ¡ª named in honor of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi, the father of modern education ¡ª to Japanese singer MISIA for her outstanding educational activities.

4.Â鶹AV holds Open Campus 2022 

Â鶹AV (HU) held its Open Campus 2022 on August 18 and 19 at the Higashi-Hiroshima, Kasumi, and Higashi-Senda campuses. The event was held on-site for the first time in three years.

5. At memorial service for A-bomb victims, HU pledges to continue mission as ¡®University of Peace¡¯

Â鶹AV (HU) marked the 77th anniversary of the atomic bombing Saturday, August 6, with its annual memorial service to remember the victims.

6.Arizona State University/Thunderbird School of Global  Management - Â鶹AV Global School Opens in August    2022

The Arizona State University/Thunderbird School of Global Management - Â鶹AV Global School ('Global Initiative') received the designation as the ¡°Locations in Japan of a Foreign University¡± from the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan.
