¡ù The operation bus schedule is described. (March 14, 2025)
The 2025 Â鶹AV Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.
Date and Time:
April 3rd, 2025 (Thu) from 11£º00 (Doors open: 10:00)
Venue:
Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park Gymnasium
(67-1 Taguchi, Saijo-cho, Higashi-Hiroshima City)

Notes:
- The state of the ceremony will be delivered live on YouTube in real time.
- After the Entrance Ceremony, video messages from celebrities, a mini concert by Ms. NAKAMARU Michie, an opera singer and a visiting professor of HU, club introduction video and introduction of TGO app will be conducted. (Scheduled to end around 12£º45 p.m.)
- The signboards for commemorative photographs will be placed in front of the venue.
(*The signboards will be placed only at the venue, not on campus.) - Families of new students can also attend the ceremony.

Access to Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park
- Parking at Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park is limited. Please use public transportations.

- If you come by bicycle, please park at the bike parking lot on Higashi-Hiroshima Campus.
(The closest bike parking lot to Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop is near the School of Engineering.) - HU students are kindly refrain from coming to the venue.

¡ù1 The venue and the roads around the venue are expected to be crowded from one hour before the commencement of the entrance ceremony. In particular, since it take some time to go by bus from the Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop at the Higashi-Hiroshima campus to the venue due to the congestion of the surrounding roads (It may take 30 minutes to get on), please allow enough time to reach the venue.
¡ù2 After the entrance ceremony (around noon), temporary bus services will be available from the venue to Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop, JR Saijo Station and JR Higashi-Hiroshima Station.
