The HIRAKU-Global Retreat is organized and held in-person every Autumn with the view of strengthening the HGRs¡¯ skills through presentations, group discussions, research workshops, etc., that are specifically aimed at and applicable for the HGRs, whom are from a variety of research fields. In general, as all HGRs are expected to participate, this event also presents an invaluable opportunity to promote interdisciplinary research exchanges between the HGRs.

The HIRAKU-Global Annual Conference / International Symposium provides an opportunity for the HGRs to present their own research results, future prospects, etc. to a wider audience, and also provides an opportunity to share and acquire knowledge that young researchers who are active in the world should possess.
