In this presentation, Ambassador Ki?mari will delve into the bilateral relations between Kosovo and Japan, with a particular focus on the political significance of their connection. Kosovo declared its independence on February 17, 2008, shortly after which Japan recognized as an independent state on March 18, 2008. Ambassador Kicmari will highlight Japan?s substantial contributor to Kosovo's development, extending 1.334 billion yen (approximately 7.8 million euros) in Grant Aid and 2.123 billion yen (approximately 14.1 million euros) in technical cooperation and assistance as of 2018.

本プログラムでは，平和学，文化人类学，政治学，法学，伦理学，地域研究、记忆学などを基盘とし，「平和と共生」という共通したキーワードのもと，各研究领域に関する基本的知识および批判的考察の习得を目指します。核被害，纷争，贫困?ジェンダー?民族や宗教に由来する社会の不平等，その原因かつ解决策であるフォーマル／インフォーマルな制度，开発と文化の関係，戦争と伦理，安全保障と核兵器といった问题について，さまざまな分野の教授阵から多角的な指导を受けながら，学生が选んだ専门分野とテーマについて研究を行います。
多様なバックグラウンドをもつ世界各国からの留学生とともに，平和を標榜する「ヒロシマ」という地で，国内?国際社会のさまざまな問題について研究できるユニークなプログラムです。なお，すべての講義は英語で実施されますが，修士?博士論文の執筆は日本语でも可能です。
