受賞の理由は、JSPS日中韓フォーサイト事業?The 3rd A3 Foresight Symposium on “Chemical & Synthetic Biology of Natural Products”において、
“A reductase gene srrG is involved in the biosynthesis of signaling molecules SRBs that induce antibiotic production in Streptomyces rochei”というタイトルで口头発表を行い、発表内容に秀でており今后の活跃がたいへん期待されたためです。
