The Center for Academic Practice and Resource will inform you of the social gathering for 1st or 2nd year students.
Feel free to talk with other HU students about anything, including your usual study problems and concerns.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡You can also consult with student staff (graduate students) at the Center
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡for Academic Practice and Resource.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Divide into groups and have plenty of free time to talk!

In addition, when participating in the social gathering, we ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points as measures against the infection of the new coronavirus.
¡¡©–At the time of reception, we will measure your temperature and refuse
      to participate if you have a fever of 37.5¡æ or higher.
      Also, please refrain from participating if you have symptoms such as coughing
      or pharyngeal passage on the day.
¡¡©–Please be sure to wear a non-woven mask at the venue and disinfect your fingers.
   ©–Eating and drinking during the social gathering is prohibited.
   ©–The social gathering may be canceled depending on the infection status of COVID-19.
      In case of cancellation, we will contact you at the email address you provided when you applied.
