¡¡The Center for Academic Practice and Resources held the 5th TA Seminar of the 2024 academic year on January 23, 2025, on the 1st floor of the Student Plaza. 

¡¡The theme of this TA Seminar was "Career to faculty", and it was aimed at informing Hirodai TA System, and giving opportunity to think about career to faculty members. The seminar was held in Japanese only. A total of 31 participants attended (Graduate Schools of Humanities and Social Sciences, Advanced Science and Engineering, Schools of Education, Letters, Science, Engineering, Informatics and Data Science, Applied Biological Science). In the first half of the seminar, a Student Staff member explained the Hirodai TA System. In the second half, Dr. Sakurai, Associate Professor at the Center for Academic Practice and Resources gave a lecture on the positioning of educational activities in job hunting activities and how to appeal based on his experience.

¡¡In the post-event questionnaire, we received comments such as "Good to hear precious experiences from a faculty member". As themes for future TA seminars, we received comments such as "Life story of researcher such as why decided to become a researcher", "Detail experiences in doing TA", and we will consider them for next TA seminars. 

¡¡The next TA seminar will be held in the next academic year. We are still discussing the contents of the seminar, but we plan to make the next one as meaningful as possible for all participants. The student staff of the Center for Academic Practice and Resources are looking forward to meeting you all again.
