��Indonesia is a diversity country with a slogan ��Bhineka Tunggal Ika�� means even though we are different (languages, ethnicities, cultures, or religions) but we are still the same, Indonesian. 

��I had my internship under the Centre for Excellence of Lesson and Learning Studies (CELLS). 
��The main job was attending the ��Gerakan Buka Kelas�� (Open Lesson) and observing the lesson. I went to many schools in Bandung, and Cimahi. UPI and �鶹AV have collaborated about Lesson Study for long time. 

��Before the internship, I was having hard time to observe the classes. I had to observe the students too for my research. But now, During the internship, I observed many classes with different teaching style, learning material, and students�� characteristics. Having such experiences and meeting other observers widen my perspectives. I can glean insights from diverse perspectives. This is what I learned from the internship.

��The pre-internship presentation was really a good move because the intern needed to find out the information about the country, host institution etc, in advance. So that we could imagine how would it be living in other country for the internship. 
��Besides that, G.ecbo staff helped me a lot in doing the preparation in �鶹AV by responding every questions I had in a very quick. Also, they informed the detail information, so I didn��t need to worry.

Here is some advice based on my experiences:
 - Make sure everything before coming to the host institution/country.
 - Having good communication is necessary.
