IN ORDER TO RESERVE A PRIVATE JET FROM THE COMPANY, HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE IT SHOULD BE BETTER DONE IN PRIOR?
Our Company is often able to book private air charter flights in about just four hours’ notice. Although, if you would call us earlier it would be better because reserving an aircraft flightsis a subject to aircraft and crew availability, particularly during peak travel times of the year, such as the biggest holidays and different sporting events.
IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR MAKE CERTAIN CHANGES TO MY FLIGHT – WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
You can make changes or cancel your itinerary up to 48 hours before your private flight, unless a different condition is set for a specific flight.If you need to cancel or make changes within 24 hours of your flight, we will pass on any incurred costs.

IF THERE ARE ANY – THEN WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES OR TAXES?
Taxes are already included but segments fees are not. This fee is taken from youon each leg, and does not amount for more than $20 USD per passenger.
DO I I HAVE TO PAY FOR TAXI TIME?
Yes. Taxi time is charged at 12 minutes per leg.
WHEN MAKING FLIGHT RESERVATIONS – WHAT`S THE LEAD TIME?
For average travel days, reservations are required to be done at least eight (8) hours prior to the planned departure time. Itineraries departing before 10:00 AM (local time at the point of departure) must be accepted before 6:00 PM (local time at the point of departure) the day prior. When it comes to international flights, additional notification requirements may vary from destination to destination. On peak travel days, reservations are required at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure time.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE MULTIPLE AIRCRAFT ON THE SAME DAY?

WHAT AMOUNT OF PEAK DAYS ARE THERE?
In total there are roughly 30 peak days per year.
WHAT IS REVIEWED AS A QUALIFYING ROUND TRIP?
Round-trip itineraries are defined as the trips that begin and end at the same airport, average at least the daily flight time minimums for each day of the journey, and can be completed within the constraints of a crew’s duty time.
WHAT`S MINIMAL FLIGHT TIME?
A minimum of two (2) hours per day are charged for each aircraft requested on each day. Another important thing to mention is that portions of any itinerary involving an interim stop other than the stop at the final destination (i.e., a “leg” or a “segment”), will be billed at a minimum of one (1) hour for each aircraft requested.
