■実施期间：2024年12月6日（金）～2024年12月19日（木）
※対象者に抽选で景品をプレゼントします。ぜひこの机会にアンケートにご协力ください。
■実施する调査：
①学生生活実态调査（回答所要时间 约8分）
学生生活実态调査とは、学生の皆さんの学生生活の现状や大学が行う学生支援についてどのように感じているかを把握する為の调査で、原则2年に1回実施しております。
②厂贰搁鲍学生调査（回答所要时间 2５分程度）
SERU（Student Experience Research in University）学生調査とは、学生の経験を理解し教育をより良くすることを目的とした調査です。得られたデータをSERUの国際コンソーシアムに加盟する海外のトップレベルの研究大学と比較し、教育の質の改善に役立てます。详细ページ

対象
调査に回答していただいた方の中から、抽选により以下の景品が当たります。

?学部生?専攻科生：①のみ调査対象となりす。
①のアンケートに最后まで回答した学部生?専攻科生に抽选で、1千円分の生协电子マネーが300名に 当たります。
?大学院生：①②両アンケートで调査対象となります。
①②両アンケートに最后まで回答した大学院生に抽选で、3万円分の补尘补锄辞苍ギフト券または
5千円分の生协电子マネーが当たります。
①か②どちらか１つに最后まで回答した大学院生に抽选で、5千円分の生协电子マネーが当たります。
?当选者(①と②合计で约400名)の方のみ、「惭测もみじ」の个人掲示でご连络させていただきます。
?なお、当选者の方への当选のご通知をもって発表に代えさせていただきます。
?抽選の経過や結果などに関するお问合せは一切お答えできません。

STUDENT SURVEYS "Questionnaire of Actual Conditions of Student Life" and "Student Experience in the Research University"
To understand your thoughts on your study environment and life at 麻豆AV, we are running 2 surveys as below.
Your response is essential to improve student services and educational environment of the university.
By responding to the surveys, you have a chance to win a prize! A total of about 400 students will win either Amazon Gift Card or electronic money for coop shops. We will draw a lottery to choose the winners among the students who completed the survey/surveys.

[SURVEYS] This event is being conducted alongside the following two student surveys
①Questionnaire of Actual Conditions of Student Life (For undergraduate students, graduate school students, and advanced course students)
②Student Experience in the Research University (For graduate students)

[HOW TO JOIN] Please log in to "My MOMIJI" and follow the each step for answering surveys as follows.
①Questionnaire of Actual Conditions of Student Life;
1. Login to My MOMIJI
2. Click “Questionnaire of Actual Conditions of Student Life Survey" on Personal Information
3. Answer the survey (Approximately 8 mins to complete)
②Student Experience in the Research University;
1. Login to My MOMIJI
2. Click “Student Experience in the Research University survey” on Personal Information
3. Answer the survey (Approximately 20 minutes to complete)
[NOTICE]
Undergraduate Students/Advanced Course Students
*Undergraduate students and advanced course students have a chance to WIN a 1,000yen worth electric money for coop shops for 300 students.
Graduate Students
*Both surveys ①&② are collecting responses from Graduate students.
*Graduate students WINNERS for 30,000yen amazon gift card will be chosen by lottery ONLY if you complete BOTH surveys. Even if you couldn't win the amazon gift cards, you still have a chance to win 5,000yen worth electric money for coop shops. *Graduate students WINNERS for 5,000yen electronic money for coop shops will be chosen by lottery if you complete survey ①or ②.
*You will be automatically entered into the lottery by completing the survey.
*We will contact ONLY WINNERS (in total about 400 people) through My MOMIJI's
Personal Information tool.
*We will NOT announce the winner to the public.
*We can not answer any questions regarding the process, result, or progress of the lottery.
