生徒は试行错误の中で，つまずき，失败します。しかしながら，失败を克服していく过程において，多く学び，リーダー性と协调性が养われていきます。

With the aim of cultivating solid intellect and rich humanity in students, we strive to bring out the infinite possibilities of each student and to enhance their personal and social qualities, in an open and positive school environment where liberty, autonomy and independence are respected.
In line with the educational policy that respects students’ autonomy to the utmost extent, we provide our students the opportunity to organize various school events by themselves, including school festivals and athletic festivals.
Of course, students stumble and experience failure along the way. However, through the process of overcoming failures and mistakes, students learn and develop leadership skills and a true spirit of cooperation.
