Home(概要) 中学校2年生が自由即興対話に英語で挑戦してみた ― そこで起こっていること ―
本実践では，中学校2年生を対象として英语による自由即兴対话の指导およびスピーキングテストを行い，そのテストで観察された学习者の発话を分析した。本実践において集められたデータとその考察に基づくと，内容伝达を目的とした発话语数には，対话の中における质问の回数，および质问に対して答える情报量が大きく関わっていると考えられる。また，対话におけるコミュニケーションブレイクダウンの原因としては，発话内容が生成できないこと，ターンテイキングが上手くいかないこと，质问の量と质が関わっていると考えられる。これらの课题を解决していく上で，対话における情报构造を用いること，ターンテイキングをジェスチャーなどで明示すること，相手の理解度に応じた质问をすることができるような指导が効果的であると考えている。
(abstract) A Challenge to Improvised Conversation in English by 2nd Grade Junior-High School StudentsーA Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of the Conversationー
This study was carried out to identify better teaching methods in improvised conversation. Instructions about improvised conversation in English and the speaking test were provided to 2nd graders. According to the data analysis based on the test, the important things to activate conversations are the following: generating ideas, turn-taking, and the quantity and quality of questions. The author suggests that it is important to teach information flow in conversation, the use of gestures to show changes in turn-taking, and how to ask appropriate questions.
